Confidential consultations by video or telephone. We will meet for up to an hour to explore your individual needs to determine the support appropriate for you and your family’s unique situation.
Elder and End-of-Life Care
My primary purpose is to care for your loved one with the same integrity, love and tenderness that I have provided for my own family. Elder and End-of-Life care includes, but certainly is not limited to: Non-medical companionship, meal preparations with consideration for special diets, light housekeeping, respite for family members, assistance with daily personal care tasks, travel to and from appointments, grocery shopping, errands and support for families navigating changes that come with illness, injury and aging.
End-of-Life Planning
As a Certified End-of-Life Doula, I am familiar with the many aspects of living well to the end of our time together.
Often people and families are faced with circumstances that are inevitable for all of us without the knowledge or experience to assist our loved ones in their transition. You cannot know what you don’t know. I offer resources that can help you and your family navigate this time with love and resources to inform and guide you through the Process.
The Process of End of Life Care
A method of assisting your family and friends navigate the process of Living well to the very end. I provide tools to inspire meaningful communications, care and legal logistics. Help to define areas of specific needs for care, special directives, education prioritization and materials that will explain and bring comfort as you make this most sacred journey.
