We can meet and discuss Your questions, needs, goals and availability. You are encouraged to ask questions, share what You feel comfortable sharing, and gain a better understanding of who True To You Life Recovery is and what I do as an End of Life Care Specialist so You that you can make an informed decision about Your journey.

The Process of life recovery begins with connecting with You - and involves Us, You providing awareness and Us facilitating and supporting Your progress. We will become familiar with the hidden spaces within that are holding You back and blocking You from true freedom through the process of self-inquiry. We will explore what You want and what You need and pursue attaining these goals, Day One through Infinity.
Movement Therapy - Food For the Soul
Movement therapy provides creative outlet. Music connects us to the deepest recesses of our being. Utilizing the five elements Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Space within the music frees the soul to be present in the moment and you can feel it connect in your heart center.
I facilitate a weekly group available as 4 Sessions or on a drop in basis for an hour of movement and fellowship. No special equipment required, no prior dance experience of any kind, participate as much, or as little as you feel comfortable.

Support and Materials
You can expect my support on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. You are free to choose the schedule that fits Your budget and Your needs.
True To You Life Recovery will supply You with many of the materials You need to consider various options and more easily navigate The Process.
We will proceed through The Process at the natural pace. You can schedule an appointment or send an email (no charge for email question) at anytime through the website.
I am passionate about Your success and well-being and, while it is not always possible, I desire to be available to facilitate Your personal journey.
Ongoing Support
When participating in our own personal growth, it is essential to have the support we need, when we need it. You are encouraged to make follow-up appointments, even after we have navigated The Process. Our lives are ever-evolving. Life is in session and new circumstances and concerns are sure to arise from time to time. I welcome follow-up consultations and I am committed to short and long-term client relationships.
